WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THIS COACHING OPTION?
This includes everything from personalised Training and Nutrition Plans, to being taught how to understand food/macros, I take control on all these areas and give you all the tools to get maximum results.
Check-ins (as often as needed for each individual Client), with full feedback, Support, guidance through video demonstrations and explanations, personalised access to my phone for added support.
Goal Setting areas, Daily Habit Form check ins, and a full Training Library are added benefits you get when working with me Online
All of this is done through my app, so everything is in 1 place, no flicking between one form and another for check-ins, Nutrition or Training plans.
Cost: 20x Weeks(rolls onto a week by week basis after the 20x weeks) $115 per week
